Where can I get information?

The UK Border Agency and the British Embassy Tel Aviv work in partnership with a commercial organisation, WorldBridge.  

You can find out whether you need a visa and how to apply through WorldBridge.  WorldBridge also provides information through an e-mail and telephone enquiry service.  All the information provided is supplied and approved by the UK Border Agency.

Do I have to pay?

Website and email information is free of charge.

Where can I get advice?

WorldBridge and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK these are immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner or legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. How do I submit my application?

You should apply on line through our online application service and make an appointment on this website to submit your application and supporting documents at the Visa Section of the British Embassy Tel Aviv in person. During the appointment, your biometric finger scans will be taken.  Applications cannot be submitted without an appointment.

Please provide original documents, translations  and photocopies. Failure to provide this documentation at the time of application could result in delay or a visa refusal.

The British Consulate has discretion to reject supporting documents presented by third country nationals which require verification and translation.

Who decides whether I will get a visa?

UK Border Agency staff at the British Consulate General in Istanbul, Turkey will process and decide your visa application.  You will need to translate any document that is not in English.  Translations do not need to be notarised.  Your passport, application form and documents (with the translations) will be forwarded to Istanbul who will process and decide your application.  Please note settlement applications can take 3 months to process.  WorldBridge and its staff play no part in the outcome of your visa application. They cannot influence it in any way.  If any member of staff employed by WorldBridge say they can influence your application, you should tell the British Embassy Consular section immediately.

The Visa section of the British Embassy in Tel Aviv does not take or receive telephone calls. All telephone enquiries regarding visas MUST go through WorldBridge.
