Passport fees

 The current consular rate of exchange, effective 1 October 2009, is £1 = 6.50 NIS.

See fees below to issue a first time passport, renew an expired passport, replace a restricted validity passport, replace a passport to change details, and replace a lost or stolen passport.    £  NIS

Fees are subject to change without notice and can only be accepted in New Israeli Shekels (NIS). Postal applications may only be paid by postal order (hamcha'at doar in Hebrew) or bankers cheque, made payable to the British Embassy or credit card by printing and completing a credit card payment authorisation form (PDF, 55KB). Please add NIS 10 for the return of the passport by registered mail (this is non-refundable).

If you make your application in person at the Consulate, the fees may be paid in cash, by postal order, by bankers cheque payable to the British Embassy or by credit card. We do not accept personal cheques.
