Below you will find a series of leaflets on issues relevant to British nationals overseas and passport application forms for adults and children. You can also download UK visa forms and customs forms for importing a car, pet or belongings into the UK (these forms are issued by HM Revenue & Customs).
The leaflets and forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and to read them you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader program installed on your computer. This is a free programme that you can download below if you do not already have it.

- Lost or Stolen Passport Form LS01: From 8 December 2003, any loss or theft of your British passport should be reported to the UK authorities on Form LS01. You will need to complete this form (in addition to the relevant passport application form) in order to obtain a replacement passport."

Taking Pets to the UK
If you are bringing your pet to the UK you should also see the Animal Health and Welfare section of the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) website which gives further information and quarantine details.
